Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) and the Junior League of Dallas (JLD) are the beneficiaries of the 2008 LUXE Showhome. Thanks to Platinum Series Custom Homes by Mark Molthan, LUXE Magazine and Briggs-Freeman, the LUXE Showhome - a $15 million Mediterranean manse - is filled with airy interiors detailed with the best of the best in stones, tiles and woods. See the two-story library and outdoor bedroom with a fireplace and a waterwall and many other features of enlightened luxury. Mark Molthan of Platinum Series Custom Homes, based in Dallas, has worked on hundreds of new construction projects, including numerous properties in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow and Lakewood. Advance tickets will be $15, and tickets at the door will be $18.
